Complaints Policy
The journal aims to respond to and resolve all complaints promptly. The editorial team and staff of “Proceedings of the Forestry Academy of Sciences of Ukraine” will consider each complaint on its merits, taking into account its nature and complexity, and any decision reached will take into consideration the recommendations provided by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
Please send suggestions or complaints to the journal's email address: lan@nltu.edu.ua. All messages will be addressed within a period of up to 30 working days. However, depending on the complexity of the complaint, the complainant will be informed if more time is needed to conclude the investigation.
Complaints must be succinct and specific, and provide sufficient data to demonstrate any possible fault with publication ethics. If possible, supporting documents to evidence the complaint should also be provided.
Complaints about authors, editors, reviewers or the journal's editorial board will be answered with an explanation of why the complaint is beyond the journal's remit. Additionally, the journal will refrain from undertaking the relevant inquiry when complaints are made in an offensive, threatening or defamatory manner.
